Focus and Scope
The Social Science Spectrum is a peer-reviewed journal published by the Society for Scientific Aptitude which is established to promote scientific aptitude and liberal education in the society. The journal invites original contributions from veteran and budding researchers in all the fields of Social Science such as Economics, Demography, Gender Studies, Anthropology, Political Science, Sociology, History and other related inter-disciplinary subject fields. The journal also contains research notes, commentaries, short communications and book reviews. The journal does not charge any submission fee or processing fee from the authors who want to publish their papers in the journal.

Peer Review Process
The papers submitted for the journal undergo a refereeing process. The papers are sent to the selected referees depending on the subject areas and are published in the journal only after the same is cleared by the referees. The commentaries, research notes, book reviews, short communications, etc. are published once they are cleared by the Editor-in-Chief.
Open Access Policy
This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.
Archiving
This journal utilizes the LOCKSS system to create a distributed archiving system among participating libraries and permits those libraries to create permanent archives of the journal for purposes of preservation and restoration. More...
